Acceptable use policy

This policy sets out the rules that apply when you upload content to our site, contact other users, link to our site, or interact with it in any other way. It must be read alongside our Terms and Conditions. Thucy Ltd will determine, in its discretion, whether any use or content breaches this policy.
Restrictions on use
You may not use our site:
- if you are under 16 years of age;
- in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect, including to mask or carry out any unlawful activity;
- to harm or attempt to harm minors in any way;
- to bully, insult, intimidate, or humiliate any person;
- to send or upload any material that does not comply with our content standards below;
- to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam);
- to knowingly transmit viruses, trojans, worms, keystroke loggers, spyware, or any other harmful code; or
- in any other way likely to bring our reputation into disrepute.
In addition, you agree not to:
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our site in breach of our Terms; or
- access without authority, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of our site, any equipment or network on which it is stored, or any software used in providing it.
Content standards
These standards apply to any material you contribute to our site and must be complied with in spirit as well as to the letter. All contributions must be accurate, genuinely held where they state an opinion, and comply with applicable law. Contributions must not:
- be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory;
- bully, insult, intimidate, or humiliate;
- promote sexually explicit material or violence;
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
- infringe any copyright, database right, or trade mark of any other person;
- be likely to deceive any person;
- breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a duty of confidence;
- promote any illegal activity or be in contempt of court; or
- impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
Breach of this policy
When we consider that a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including immediate temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the site, removal of your content, a warning, legal proceedings to recover costs on an indemnity basis, and disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities. We are not liable for any action we take in response to breaches of this policy.
